By accessing the DMDownload website, installing or using the DMDownload application, or using any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Software.
Permission is granted to use DMDownload for personal, lawful purposes. You may not modify, copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, tamper with, or use the Software to access data you do not have permission to access.
DMDownload is an iOS application that helps users export Instagram DM conversations they can access through their own Instagram account. The app supports HTML, Text, JSON, and CSV exports. Exported files are saved locally on the user's device and may be previewed, shared, or saved through iOS features.
DMDownload is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Instagram, Meta, or any Meta company.
DMDownload may offer free usage limits and paid subscription plans. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat and our backend for entitlement validation. DMDownload Pro unlocks unlimited full conversation exports during an active subscription period.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
The Software interacts with Instagram through user-directed sessions. You are responsible for complying with Instagram's terms and any third-party platform rules that apply to your use. Instagram may change its websites, login flows, APIs, restrictions, or policies at any time, which may affect DMDownload's functionality.
By using DMDownload, you voluntarily assume risks associated with using third-party software to interact with Instagram, including login issues, failed exports, partial exports, service changes, account restrictions, loss of access, or other actions by third-party platforms.
You are responsible for the conversations and files you export, save, share, or distribute. You represent that you have the right to access and export any conversation you process through DMDownload. We do not claim ownership of your exported files.
THE SOFTWARE AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that DMDownload will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every Instagram conversation, or able to export every message or format in all circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yerbapps LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Software. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is less.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yerbapps LLC from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of DMDownload, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party right, your violation of Instagram's terms or policies, or your exported files.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using DMDownload, you agree to that policy.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of DMDownload at any time. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You must be at least 13 years old to use DMDownload. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
